Holiday at Lake Balaton!

Lake Balaton the largest and one of the most stunning lakes of Central Europe, offers you each summer a relaxing, refreshing holiday. There are a lot of tourist routs and pass time activity opportunities around the lake. We offer you a comfortable accommodation in the most elegant area of SiA3fok, the capital of Balaton. The Villa Maria is just 100 meters walking distance from the shores. There are 3 separated apartments. In the large garden there are two other houses containing two separated apartments, Villa Stephanie & Villa Victoria and Annamarie apartman. In the apartments you can find a living room with an equipped kitchen (dishes, heating, microwave and refrigerator), 1 or 2 separated bedrooms, a bathroom+ toilet. In the living room you have a pull out couch, television with SAT access. The apartments have separate entrances and own terrace or balcony. The Annamarie apartman is a detached house for 2 people (+ 1 kid) All the apartments are alike in quality, they only differ in size (30-70 sq) and the arrangement of rooms. They are the same arrangement and are the same quality as the large house. In the garden besides parking your car you can have a nice BBQ party. They are ideal for accommodation for 2-8 persons. Both houses have central heating system, therefore suitable for staying all round the year. The studio apartmant „Ari" is next to the gold-beach in a 4 storied modern apartmanthouse in the 2nd floor (there is a lift). These little apartmant is for max 3 people.

There is a car-park in the closed garden. In the 200m vicinity of the villa you can find restaurants, shops, supermarkets, tennis court and other various sport facilities, furthermore a selection of bars. On the beach there is a huge slide and opportunity to water-ski. For families with small children, the children's beach and the playground makes the holiday even enjoyable. The bottom of the lake is nicely sandy compared to the Northern shore which is rocky. People who are fond of fishing are more than welcome here. You can obtain permission in the city. In the city centre, which is 5 minutes driving and 15 minutes walking distance, you can find several restaurants, discos and shops. At the Coke Club you can enjoy playing volleyball and soccer and Bungee Jumping. From the harbour the ships take you to different cities of the lake. The shore of the Golden Lake is 10 kms long. Beyond the beach there are various other activities to help you in relaxing such as spa, horse-riding, hiking and cycling. We are looking forward to greeting you in Villa Maria!

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, coffee-tea maker, cutlery, microwave, plates, glasses, dishes). All our apartments have barbecue facilities. To do this we provide grills, kettle racks and discs.
